* information required for identification and delivery of the parcel

* information required for cash-on-delivery collection when this payment method is selected.

Only the data necessary for carrying out the delivery or related service is provided to Hrvatska pošta.

If a user creates an account on ksvd.hr, we process account-related data in order to enable login, account management, order history review and the use of other available online store functionalities.
